Blaine Mitton B.Sc, P.Eng, is a seasoned business executive and innovative senior manager
experienced in manufacturing sector with a long record of achievement working as Engineer, VP of
manufacturing, product development, and business development manager. Blaine spent many years
in variety of management roles and in numerous manufacturing industries, both domestic and
international.
Champion of modern manufacturing methodologies, Blaine led development and installation of
efficient, completely integrated computer manufacturing systems encompassing full range of
operation and processes. Blaine provided effective and efficient manufacturing base along with
product development; which may serve as a foundation of understanding for many manufacturing
operation processes today.
His strong "bottom line results oriented" management and leadership skills lead to improved
productivity with Quality products, significant growth accompanied by substantial profitability gains.
Blaine’s innovative vision of enterprise processes includes understanding of people’s role in a
modern enterprise. Blaine has a long record of building effective work environment, where people
cared, were empowered through training, and required very little direct guidance other then
management, vision, direction and intent.
Blaine’s busy carrier involved also strong engagement in professional community with long record of
Social and professional community work. He served as a member of numerous professional
committees and associations. Blaine has served as Director of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce
and President of the Brampton Board of Trade.
Blaine has graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
