| Defect Management and Product Quality Metrics PMQG Solutions developed and improved a Company’s systems in the following areas: Defect Tracking, Incidents and Problem Management Systems. A Product Quality Metrics System was also established. PMQG applied Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to perform various analyses such as: trend and defects flow analyses, root cause analyses, cause-effect and Pareto analyses. | Validation / Verification and Testing Strategies Number of clients have hired PMQG employees specifically to manage the development and optimization of Verification and Validation processes including testing of complex hardware and software systems. They were responsible for organization and management of Quality Control departments, test groups and management of Quality projects.
