Hania Amad is recognized fro her expertise in the areas of business process management and
continuous improvements, program management, strategic quality management, software
engineering, infrastructure development and tools, compliance verification and governance. Hania
spent 15 years of her career working on the international space station program managing projects to
deliver hardware and software to NASA, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and the Canadian Space Agency.
She is one of the few Canadian managers to receive a letter of commendation from the Boeing
Company top Space Station launch manager regarding the performance of a project under her
leadership.  Lately, Hania has been working with international companies such as Siemens, Motorola,
Panasonic, Bombardier, Rockwell Collins, Honeywell and LG in various capacities and has supported
several public, private and government organizations in the finance, health and technology sectors as
the chief consultant for Sethron, a company she founded in 2000.

Hania holds a B Eng (Computer Option)  from McGill University and an MBA from University of
